CRC Evapo-Rust Q4 2024 National Prize Draw Promotion, CRC Evapo-Rust – Australia  

Promotion 
The “Promotion” is “Purchase any product from the CRC Evapo-rust range to be in to win AUD $10,000, presented in the form of 5 x $2,000 Prezzee Card vouchers (or e-gift cards if applicable),” being run by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Subject to these Terms, entrants who make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period may be eligible to go in the random draw to win AUD $10,000, presented in the form of 5 x AUD $2,000 Prezzee Card vouchers (or e-gift cards if applicable). 

1. Promoter 
   The “Promoter” is  CRC Industries Pty (Ltd) Australia, 9 Gladstone Road, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154 (ABN 77 000 725 833) 
   Promotion Period The Promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on 01 October 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEDST) on 31 December 2024, or while stocks of Participating Products last (“Promotion Period”).  Entries close 13 January 2025.  

Who can participate? 
To be eligible to enter each participant must:

1. be an Australian resident currently residing in Australia.
2. be aged 18 years or over. 
3. for anyone under the age of 18 years, parental permission is required.  
4. make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period; and
5. comply with these Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms: 

1. “Eligible Purchase” means the purchase of a Participating Product from a Participating Outlet that is paid for in full during the Promotion Period.  
2. Eligible Purchases may include pre-orders.  
3. Eligible Purchases do not include: 
   1. lay-bys; 
   2. purchases via online bidding or auction system/s; 
   3. the purchase of second hand products or ex display stock; 
   4. purchases other than from a Participating Outlet; or 
   5. purchases made in conjunction with any other CRC offer. 
4. “Participating Outlet” means an outlet that operates in Australia and is authorised by the Promoter to supply Participating Products.  

“Participating Products” means the CRC Evapo-rust product range as specified in the table below. The Participating Products are subject to stock availability.
